Case of the Mondays

I had some freedom to do a project of my choice for my portfolio prep class. Despite having done several two-page spreads with illustrations, I wasn't happy with the one's I had turned out, mainly because they were very deadline driven, leaving the final piece looking rushed. I had the idea for this one sitting in my head for a few weeks before it went to paper, and I like the way it turned out. It would have been neat to add more grotesque detail to the tentacles, I may take it further with some free time.
